-    Once a job has been completed only customers who have opted-in to join Two Guys Kitchens Limited Mailing list will be contacted.
-    Customers who have opted-in to join the mailing list will be contacted via their preferred contact method on an ad-hoc basis to keep them up to date with any information, offers and events Two Guys Kitchens Limited are holding.

How long will Two Guys Kitchens Limited keep and use customer data on their system?

Two Guys Kitchens Limited will retain customers personal data within our secure customer database for 6 years after completion of work. We keep all this information on our system in case customers need any help regarding products and services in relation to ordering more products or help with guarantees. If a customer no longer requires us to keep their information we hold on them, we will delete all records held and the work that Two Guys carried out for them.

Under the GDPR you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to do this at any time just let us know and we shall remove your data from our records immediately. It is our intention to keep the data for 6 years, or until we receive your request to delete your data. After 6 years from the date of completion your data will be securely removed from our system. This needs to be done in writing and can be done by either e-mailing enquiries@twoguys.co.uk, or sending us a letter.
